its personnel was best and attentive, no reason to complain. there were a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area in the room, liked that.

Location: the hotel was close enough to mushroom bay beach, good restaurants, and a beautiful and at times charmingly rustic island. Booked a king room with a safe box, a work desk, and a sitting area. The staff was excellent, really made a difference to my trip...

The suite may not have looked appealing in photos, but it was neat in a tropical garden. Beautiful remote location next to a nice beach. - Close to Mushroom beach's bars, restaurants, and tours. - the island is charmingly rustic.

the location was the best possible and peaceful in a particularly good area. So close to Secret Beach, Indonesia, and neighboring Mushroom Bay. 3. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was savory to satisfy everyone.

I had a great stay at this tropical garden accommodation! The value for money was fantastic and the staff were really attentive. I loved the attention to detail in the lovely rooms, especially the slightly stronger air con. The location was ideal, being located between two very popular beaches, and the breakfast each morning was incredible, with Bali coffee, fresh fruit, and delicious pancakes or eggs on offer.
All was great during my stay.

The location of this hotel is just perfect! You can easily reach the main activity area up north and it's also near the best beach on the island. The staff is welcoming and the huts are nice. Besides, the pool is clean and ideal for a swim on hot days.
Some areas require maintenance and there was an issue with the locking of the doors in the bungalows.

I had a great stay at this hotel on my recent trip to Bali. The location of the hotel is perfect, nestled between two popular beaches and surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes through a small path. The rooms were cozy and had a lovely outdoor bathroom, which added a unique touch to the experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They even offered a pick-up service from the nearby mushroom bay, which was a nice touch. The daily room cleaning ensured that everything was kept tidy and neat, and the breakfast provided was satisfying, even though it was a bit limited in its variety. The hotel offered good value for money, and I definitely plan to come back in the future.
No major issues to report, everything was just fine.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, offering us free snorkelling gear and a pick-up service from a nearby location. The huts were cosy and had silent air conditioning. the atmosphere of the place was quiet and relaxing, with a small beach close by for great underwater views.
In terms of negatives, the island had no waste management, and the hotel's breakfast choices were simple. , the open-air bathroom in some of the huts had steep stairs, which might not be ideal for everyone.

Stayed here for Christmas and had a wonderful time. Loved the quirky huts with open air bathrooms and the private, serene atmosphere. the staff were friendly and helpful, and organized day trips for us. the location was perfect, a short walk to Mushroom Beach and Secret Beach, with plenty of restaurants and a beautiful sunset. the pool was clean and well, maintained, and it was great having free scooter rental.
There were a few minor maintenance issues , some doors didn't close properly, and steep stairs leading to the outdoor bathroom. Although we enjoyed the rustic feel of the huts, there were some animal noises in the morning that woke us up.

We loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, right next to a hidden beach which was like having a private beach to ourselves. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool which was one of the cleanest we had seen. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
